All domestic orders are shipped via USPS from our US based warehouse. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. During Sale and Christmas periods please allow additional time for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on public holidays. Full tracking details will be sent to customers when shipped.

All customers are responsible for any import customs, duty or taxes. Given our warehouse locations, customers in the US, UK, EU & Australia need not worry about customs as we ship using domestic mail to these locations.

We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note all return requests must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
Due to regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made.
