All domestic orders are shipped via USPS from our US based warehouse. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. During Sale and holiday periods please allow additional time for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on public holidays. Busy living doesn’t have time for complicated administration. Our Return and Refund Policy has been designed to be as effortless and straightforward as your Vida Glow routine.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a refund for a change of mind. We have a team of experts dedicated to helping you create an individualised routine for real results. We encourage you to consult with our experts in advance of completing your purchase.

If you receive your product and it is damaged, you have 21 days to contact us and return your product for a replacement, store credit or full refund. All return items will be subject to review by our quality control team upon receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate returns for Vida Glow products purchased outside of vidaglow.com. However, we are happy to support you in liaising with any retailer to facilitate your needs. Reach out to our expert team for help.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF VIDA GLOW PRODUCTS?

The best before date can be found on the bottom of the product, along with the batch number and production date. Generally speaking, product shelf-life ranges from 2-3 years. We recommend storing all Vida Glow products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

CAN I TAKE MARINE COLLAGEN WHEN PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

Pregnancy and breastfeeding can mean massive adjustments for your body, diet and beauty routine. During this time, you should talk to a trusted healthcare practitioner before taking any supplement, including our ingestible beauty products.

Whilst many of our customers have been able to take our products throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding, clinical testing has only been done on non-pregnant women. Our formulations have been rigorously tested for quality and safety, however, we still advise speaking with your healthcare practitioner to check that our products are right for you and your individual needs.

WHAT DOSAGE IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Marine Collagen

1 SERVE DAILY: For those 25-35 wanting to maintain healthy hair, skin and nails.

2 SERVES DAILY: For those 36-45 experiencing the first signs of fine lines and wrinkles, weak nails and fine hair.

3 SERVES DAILY: For those 45+ experiencing deeper wrinkles, fine hair and brittle nails.

Anti-G-Ox

We recommend taking 1-2 sachets a day, every day. Mix in water or take straight on the tongue. 

HAS VIDA GLOW BEEN TESTED FOR QUALITY & SAFETY?

Vida Glow undergoes rigorous testing for quality and purity to guarantee the products we sell are certified, 100% safe for human consumption. Every batch is tested for microbiology, stability, nutrition profile, toxins and heavy metals such as mercury, lead and arsenic.

Our products meet all required quality and safety standards set by the top Australian and international regulatory agencies.

COULD I HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION?

Our Marine Collagen is a fish protein, so there is a possibility of causing sensitivity or allergic reactions. Vida Glow is not suitable for those with fish allergies.

Anti-G-Ox

While rare in ingestible products, some people may have an allergic reaction with plant extracts. If you experience any allergy symptoms after taking Anti-G-Ox, we recommend consulting a healthcare practitioner before continuing use. Anti-G-Ox also contains mannitol, a sugar alcohol and a potential allergen.

HOW CAN I CHECK THAT MY VIDA GLOW PURCHASE IS AUTHENTIC/GENUINE?

There is a QR Code located on the bottom of the packaging to verify that your purchase is a genuine Vida Glow product. Scan the QR code with your mobile as follows:

1. Open up the camera app on your smartphone.

2. Hold the device over the QR code so that it’s clearly visible within your smartphone’s screen.

3. Click onto the link that pops up, which will lead you to a genuine product tracing page.

CAN I RECYCLE MY VIDA GLOW PACKAGING?

Vida Glow products are packaged in recycled and kerbside recyclable paper sleeves and boxes. Packaging is coloured with ink made from soy extract (this does not affect its recyclability). Our outer packaging is protected by a fine plastic wrapper simply to ensure safety, hygiene and quality.

Website orders are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes and presented in tissue paper – there are no unnecessary packing materials.

Radiance capsules are packaged in a glass, recyclable bottle. Natural Marine Collagen and Anti-G-Ox sachets are aluminium foil with an internal low-density polyethylene film which is compostable. The aluminium sachets are not recyclable. Currently, there are limits to the changes we can make to our sachet packaging. Changing the composition of our sachets would compromise the safety, quality and efficacy of our products.

CAN YOU MATCH PRICES ON THIRD-PARTY RESELLER PLATFORMS?

No, we don’t offer price matching. However, you can purchase at advertised prices through third-party resellers. Please note, if you make a purchase via our resellers, all enquiries regarding your order should be directed to their customer service.

CAN I BECOME A WHOLESALE PARTNER?

HOW DOES MY SUBSCRIBE & SAVE WORK?

Our subscription service allows you to schedule your Vida Glow deliveries (so you never run out of your daily essential). Plus, you’ll receive a product discount up to 20% in the process. You can choose to get your products sent to you every 14, 30, 60 or 90 days. On the product page, click the *Subscribe & Save* option on your chosen Vida Glow products and select your preferred delivery schedule or choose to upgrade your one-off purchase at checkout.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, you can. You’re free to cancel at any time up to 3 business days in advance of your scheduled subscription processing. Login to your customer portal and cancel or reach out to hello@vidaglow.com, and we will process the cancellation for you.

CAN I SWAP AN ITEM ON MY SUBSCRIPTION?

We get it – you want to change up your routine. If you want to make any changes to your subscription, you can do so on your customer portal whenever you’d like. Not only can you swap your subscription order, but you can also update your next subscription date, the quantity of your order, delivery schedule, payment and shipping details. If you have trouble accessing your account or want us to make these changes for you, please emailhello@vidaglow.com. Please note, all changes must be made 3 business days in advance of your scheduled subscription processing.

CAN I SKIP MY NEXT SUBSCRIPTION OR PLACE ON HOLD?

Yes, you can. If you want to make any changes to your subscription, you can manage the date, frequency, product, payment method and shipping details in your customer portal. Alternatively, we can update this on your behalf, please email hello@vidaglow.com. Please note, all changes must be made 3 business days in advance of your scheduled subscription processing.

CAN I ADD A DISCOUNT CODE ON TOP OF THE SUBSCRIPTION DISCOUNT?

You can add accumulated loyalty points to existing subscriptions. All other discounts are not eligible for use on subscription orders.

DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO A MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD?

No you don't. Swap, pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your customer portal. Please note, all changes must be made 3 business days in advance of your scheduled subscription processing.

ADDING A DISCOUNT TO AN EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION ORDER

To use loyalty points on your existing subscriptions, the discount must be applied 5 business days in advance of the order being processed. The subscription also needs to meet the minimum spend requirements for redemption. This information can be found, here.

To apply loyalty points to a subscription order, you will firstly need to redeem your points to create a code. This code is then applied to your subscription order to apply the points.

To get your code:

- Log into your account.

Once logged in:

- Navigate to Beauty > Subscribe and Save

You will see the number of points you have available and your choices to redeem. Select to redeem the number of points you would like to use on your subscription (we suggest you check minimum spends before doing this).

Once you have confirmed you are sure and you would like to redeem, you will be given a code > copy this code or store it for use later (this code is now your points value and cannot be transferred back to points).

Once you have this code, navigate to your subscription dashboard (account).

Navigate to 'View your next order' > 'Add discount'.

Apply the code that you copied.

You will see confirmation that the discount code has applied.

DOES VIDA GLOW OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

For Australian customers, we offer free shipping on all orders over $59. Otherwise, there's a $7 shipping cost. If you want your order ASAP, we offer Express Post shipping for $12.

For New Zealand customers, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Otherwise, there’s a $20 flat rate shipping cost for orders less than $100.

For all International customers, we have a flat shipping rate of $40 AUD.

DO YOU SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY?

From our Australian store we, ship to New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Indonesia, Japan, Macao and Malaysia.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our standard shipping for Australia and New Zealand can take 3-8 business days, depending on location. Although, most are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Express orders for Australia take 1-3 business days.

International orders to Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia can take 10-16 business days.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION AND/OR SHIPPING EMAIL?

Our order confirmation and shipping emails are sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. Sometimes customers forget their PayPal is linked to an old email address. Check your PayPal email if you haven’t received the email linked to your order.

Additionally, check your Junk or Spam folders – occasionally our emails end up there. If this is the case, please move hello@vidaglow.com to the approved list within your email inbox. Now you won’t miss a thing.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

For most of the countries we ship to, we use a premium postage carrier with full online tracking services available. If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking link as soon as it becomes available from the shipping carrier. Please keep in mind that although we ship all orders out within 24 business hours, shipping carriers often don’t provide tracking links for 24-48 hours from dispatch. We also recommend adding your phone number at checkout for delivery updates via text.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT CUSTOMS, DUTY OR TAXES?

Given our warehouse locations, customers in the US, UK & Australia don’t need to worry about customs – we ship using domestic mail to these locations. All other customers are responsible for any import customs, duty or taxes.

I DIDN'T COLLECT MY ITEMS FROM THE POST OFFICE IN TIME?

Uncollected items from the post office will be sent back to our warehouse by Australia Post. Contact us at hello@vidaglow.com and we can resend your order to you. However, this will incur a $10 shipping fee. We will not process a refund for uncollected items.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We pride ourselves in providing quality products that deliver safe and tangible results. If you believe your order is damaged or faulty, please email hello@vidaglow.com within 21 days of receiving your order. We will help you and issue a refund where applicable.
