Vida Glow’s VG Insiders loyalty is our membership program designed to reward Vida Glow customers with exclusive perks, free gifts and points you can redeem for discounts. The program includes four loyalty levels–VG Newcomer, VG Enthusiast, VG Devotee, VG VIP–and as you shop with Vida Glow, you will level-up through the tiers unlocking more perks as you go.

You’ll earn loyalty points on each purchase you make including any Subscribe + Save orders. Points will be automatically added to your account as you spend. There are also opportunities to earn bonus points. Details of how to earn bonus points can be found here.

When you reach the online checkout, make sure you are logged into your VG Insiders account. If you have enough points to redeem on your purchase, you’ll be given the option to redeem your points on your order. You can start redeeming your points once you have reached 100 points. There is a minimum spend required to redeem your discount. See the table below for more information.

There is no limit to the points you can earn. A maximum of 800 points can be used at a time when redeeming points.

Unspent loyalty points will remain on your account for 12 months after your last purchase. Check your Loyalty History under your account to monitor when points are due to expire.
You can maintain your loyalty tier if your purchase history meets the tier eligibility spend for the previous 12 months starting 23.08.2023; however, points don’t roll over and they expire after 1 year.

You will be automatically moved up a level according to how much you spend. You will receive an email from us alerting you to your new level, but if you miss it, you can check your loyalty level by logging into your account here.

To receive friend referral rewards, your friend must be a first-time customer to vidaglow.com. The referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or using your unique referral link also found there.
Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase through vidaglow.com.
When this happens, you will receive an email alerting you that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward has been added to your account. You can check your Rewards History to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.

Yes, you will earn loyalty points on discounted and promotional orders. The points will be allocated as per the amount paid for the product with the discount or promotion attributed, not the original product price.

To access your points, you’ll need to be logged into your VG Insiders account.
If you’re logged in and still not seeing the points drop down at the checkout, make sure you have ‘cookies’ enabled in your browser settings. If these are not enabled, unfortunately your purchases aren’t trackable and therefore your points can’t be allocated to your order.
Express Checkout options like Shop Pay, PayPal and Amazon Pay skip over your VG Insider points. Meaning, if you’ve opted for an express checkout option and aren’t seeing your points, simply click the link that directs you to “checkout as guest.” This should redirect you back to the Vida Glow checkout where you’ll find your points ready to redeem.
