We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note all return requests must contact email@example.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
Due to regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made.
